MY STORY
I was stuck where you are right now for 4 long years
Four years ago I was working as a full-time nurse in the operating room, feeling lost after 25 years in the field. I was desperately searching for a way out, but I wasn’t sure where to turn.
I thought I was already at rock bottom. But then I began to get bullied at work.
Then I lost my job.
It left me heartbroken and lost. For so long, my identity was tied to being a nurse.
I didn’t know where to turn.
But then, I reached out to a mentor and they helped me realize something crucial:
Our jobs don't define who we are— we do.
My mentor saved my life.
My coach showed me a way out of my misery and encouraged me to invest in my own unique expertise. With guidance I was able to chart a new path and leave behind the soul-sucking experience of working a “9-5”.

I leaned into my leadership training and made a choice not to quit on myself. Instead, I doubled down and discovered something important:
